Q: Does PowerEQ interface with our business system?
A: Yes. Part of the onboarding process includes creating the integration path with your ERP Business System. Our integration team works with your technical team to build this interface that can synchronize the necessary data with our modules. The synchronization occurs as often during the day as deemed necessary by your business.
Q: What ERP business systems do you currently interface with?
A: We currently interface with DIS, CDK, HBS, and RIMMS. We also use Case web services (for Case IH and New Holland dealers) to bring all of your equipment data into PowerEQ. We are open to working with other ERP systems to integrate your data.
Q: How long does it take to implement PowerEQ?
A: This depends upon the amount of work required to integrate with your business system and on the amount of customization required to fit your business model. The number of PowerEQ modules you chose could also impact the onboarding time. We have implemented as quickly as 60 days.
Q: What kind of training and support do you provide?
A: Part of the onboarding process includes training. We divide the training into a couple of phases. Initially we train your technical/admin staff who will be involved in process decisions and user setup. Training starts from day one of the onboarding process since your team will be working with our team to configure and assist setting up the various modules. We prefer to train the trainers and find this very effective. There will be onsite training as outlined in the contract. Once live using PowerEQ, we provide a webinar type training each week specifically for your organization. This lasts one hour on the day and time you specify. The webinar includes Updates, How-To’s and Q & A.
Q: Do you have a mobile app?
A: Yes, our appraisal tool is a mobile app. It can be downloaded through the Apple App Store for iOS devices and through Google Play for Android devices. PowerEQ itself is web-based, so can be used through Chrome or Safari on any smart mobile device. For example, the inventory module can be toggled to a mobile-friendly view.
Q: How long does it take for the appraisals taken on the mobile app to show up inside the PowerEQ portal?
A: The appraisal data appears in PowerEQ almost instantly, and your entire company can see the appraisal details and pictures. Your appraisal team is also alerted so that they can start the valuation process.
Q: How secure is PowerEQ and can other dealers see our data?
A: PowerEQ is built in the Cloud using industry standard security. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our Cloud provider. We use SSL encryption protocols to ensure that your data is kept safe from prying eyes across the internet. Your company is given its own specific URL to use when logging into your environment. Each user is assigned a user id and password which must be changed periodically. Your data is stored on its own server to be used only by your dealership. We support Multi-Factor Authentication if your dealership wants this level of security.
Q: How is PowerEQ priced?
A: PowerEQ is classified as Software as a Service (SaaS). We have two pricing tiers based on the number of users you have, and you are billed monthly. We work with you to find the most cost-effective structure for your dealership. There is also an onboarding fee paid up front that covers the setup, integration and initial training.
