Q: Does PowerEQ interface with our business system?

A: Yes.  Part of the onboarding process includes creating the integration path with your ERP Business System.  Our integration team works with your technical team to build this interface that can synchronize the necessary data with our modules.  The synchronization occurs as often during the day as deemed necessary by your business.

Q: What ERP business systems do you currently interface with?

A: We currently interface with DIS, CDK – PFW and Case IH.  We intend to interface with others such as JD Edwards.

Q: Will our salesmen still need to look into our business system to get information for quoting?

A: PowerEQ is designed to provide a single pane of glass for your salesmen, store managers and management team that allows them to complete a quote without signing into multiple systems.  We continue to look for ways to integrate more systems into PowerEQ that will give you important quoting and sales data at your fingertips.

Q: How long does it take to implement PowerEQ?

A: This depends upon the size of your organization and amount of work required to implement the business system interface.  This also depends upon the number of modules of PowerEQ you intend to use.  We have implemented as quickly as 60 days.

Q: What kind of training and support do you provide?

A: Part of the onboarding process includes training.  We divide the training into a couple of phases.  Initially we train your technical staff.  Then your store managers.  Then your salesmen and other management.  Training starts from day one of the on-boarding process since your team will be working with our team to configure and assist setting up the various modules.  We prefer to train the trainers and find this very effective.  Once live using PowerEQ, we provide a webinar type training each week specifically for your organization.  This lasts one hour on the day and time you specify.  The webinar includes Updates, How-To’s and Q & A.

Q: Do you have a mobile app?

A: Yes, our appraisal tool is a mobile app.  It can be downloaded through the Apple App Store for iOS devices and through Google Play for Android devices.

Q: How long does it take for the appraisals taken on the mobile app to show up inside the PowerEQ portal?

A: Normally two minutes or less.  As soon as the data arrives to the portal, your entire company can see the appraisal details and pictures.  Your appraisal team is also alerted so that they can start the pricing process.

Q: How secure is PowerEQ and can other dealers see our data?

A: PowerEQ is built in the Cloud using industry standard security.  We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our Cloud provider.  We use SSL encryption protocols to ensure that your data is kept safe from prying eyes across the internet.  Your company is given its own specific address to use when logging into your instance.  Each user is assigned a user id and password.  And your data is kept in a private database only used by your company.

Q: How is PowerEQ priced?

A: PowerEQ is classified as Software as a Service (SaaS).  Your organization pays a monthly base fee for a certain set of modules.  Then there is a monthly fee per user.  The monthly user fee varies based upon the type of user they are and how they will use the service.  There is also an onboarding fee paid up front that covers the setup, integration and initial training.
